TERMS OF SERVICE
✦ Payments are accepted via Paypal or GCash only. And to be mindful of the time spent for the commission, no refunds are available unless we get past the Turn Over Time.✦ The commission may take up to two months to complete, unless it's a priority commission, in which case it will be finished by the mutually agreed deadline.✦ You are not permitted to claim my artwork or designs as your own. Please ensure you credit me when sharing or posting the art on other platforms.✦ You will receive the digital artwork file(s) only. Physical prints are not included.✦ If you prefer your commission to remain private and not be posted, there may be an additional fee. This does not apply to Vtuber models or commercial commissions.✦ Please do not use my work for artificial intelligence training, data scraping, or generative models.✦ My art cannot be used for NFTs or sold for NFT purposes. Violating this will result in a permanent ban from commissioning me.✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request if the design is overly detailed, the concept makes me uncomfortable, or it's beyond my ability to draw. I may also adjust or remove complex details, such as patterns, unless you can provide PNG files.✦ Please note that I primarily provide transparent PNG files with simple backgrounds and don’t offer intricate backgrounds. However, certain complex elements can be included. Simple decorative backgrounds (like patterns) are part of the price, but complex additional elements (e.g., A big pile of jewelry, a wide view of a city, etc.) will cost extra.✦ I do not accept NSFW commissions. Underwear or simply risque ones are fine, but not in an interactive context.✦ As the artist, I retain full ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes posting it to my own sites, creating speed paints, or featuring it in portfolios or art books.✦ Please keep in mind that my style is always evolving, so the final piece may differ slightly from the examples shown. If you wish to cancel your spot on the waitlist, let me know and I’ll remove you from the list. You’re also free to change your character before I start working on your commission.✦ It’s your responsibility to save the final commission file within one week of receiving it. If you're unable to do so, please inform me right away. I don’t keep files long-term, so any unsaved files after 1-2 weeks will be your responsibility and won’t be refunded.Payment Process
✦ Payments are only accepted in USD and will be taken via Paypal invoice. As for Filipinos (paid in PHP), I will only allow Gcash.✦ All payments are paid in full or half for waitlisting. Commission should be paid for completely after sending initial sketch has been sent.✦ If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.Working progress
Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork. Please also be aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/ change, please don’t list it. If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions including the background and small watermark.What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use. Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.Priority commission
You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is up to 70% of the base price.
